This contract governs the main characteristics and delivery conditions of the digital services — courses, consultancy packages, Pro tool subscriptions, and certificate programmes — purchased by the Buyer through the EuroGrant platform (https://eurogrant.ai). A detailed description of each service is provided on the purchase screen.

3. Service Price, Taxes and Payment

The service price is clearly displayed on the purchase screen inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). Payment is made through the secure payment infrastructure provided by Stripe Inc., via credit card, debit card, or other supported methods. Upon payment confirmation, access to the service is granted immediately.

For subscription-based services, the payment renews automatically at the beginning of each billing period unless cancelled. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

4. Delivery

The purchased digital services are assigned to the user's account immediately upon payment confirmation. There is no physical delivery. If access cannot be provided due to a technical issue, the Buyer may notify [email protected]; the Platform undertakes to resolve the issue within 48 hours.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU — Article 9)

The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract without giving any reason (cooling-off period). The withdrawal notice must be submitted in writing to the address below:

[email protected] | MB Kodvalley, Laisvės pr. 60-1107, LT-05120 Vilnius, Lithuania

Exception to the Right of Withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU — Article 16(m)):

If the consumer has expressly consented to the commencement of performance of the digital content and acknowledged that they will thereby lose their right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once performance of the digital content has commenced. This declaration is recorded with the buyer's confirmation on the payment screen.

Important: Failure to provide timely withdrawal notice does not extinguish the Platform's refund obligation; however, a reasonable fee for the use of the service may be charged (Directive 2011/83/EU — Article 14).

6. Refund Conditions

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • The service could not be provided at all due to technical reasons
  • The purchased service materially does not correspond to what was described on the purchase screen
  • Duplicate payment was made
  • The right of withdrawal is exercised within the period and before the exceptions apply

Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 14 calendar days of the purchase date. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 calendar days (Directive 2011/83/EU — Article 13).

7. Personal Data Protection

The Buyer's personal data is processed within the framework of the GDPR (Regulation 2016/679) and Lithuanian personal data protection legislation. For detailed information, please review our Privacy Policy.

8. Dispute Resolution and Competent Authority

In the event of a dispute, the Platform's customer service channel ([email protected]) is used first. If no agreement is reached:

  • The State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (VVTAT — Vilniaus g. 25, LT-01119 Vilnius) may be contacted.
  • The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform may be used: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
  • The courts of Vilnius have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Governing Law

This contract is governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. The EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), GDPR, and other applicable EU legislation are reserved. The consumer retains the right to benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the EU member state in which they reside.

10. Entry into Force

This contract enters into force upon the Buyer's completion of the payment and remains valid for the duration of the purchased service. For subscription-based services, it is valid for each renewal period until the subscription is cancelled.
