AI Tools — Terms of Use & Limitations

EuroGrant Consulting's AI tools (including Project Idea Generator, PIF Analyzer, Abstract Generator, Budget Planner, Work Package Planner, Timeline Generator, and Evaluation Assessment) use large language models to generate content based on your inputs. You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs are probabilistic suggestions, not deterministic facts
• The AI may generate plausible-sounding but incorrect information ("hallucinations")
• Outputs do not reflect the official position of the European Commission or any National Agency
• Budget figures, eligibility criteria, and deadlines generated by AI must be verified against official sources

You agree not to use our AI tools to:

• Submit AI-generated content directly to EU institutions without human review and personalisation
• Create fraudulent or misleading grant applications
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as independently authored work
• Enter special categories of personal data (Art. 9 GDPR)
• Circumvent subscription access controls

Text inputs entered into AI tools are processed transiently to generate outputs. Inputs are not stored beyond the session unless you explicitly save them. We do not use your inputs to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all AI-generated outputs before relying on them. EuroGrant Consulting accepts no liability for:

• Inaccurate budget calculations or eligibility assessments
• Rejected applications based on AI-generated content
• Financial corrections or audit findings related to AI-assisted planning

Our AI tools are designed as general-purpose AI assistants for educational and planning purposes. They are not used for high-risk AI applications as defined in the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689). We are committed to transparency about AI use and will update our practices as EU AI Act obligations come into force.
